    What if I don’t have a business up and running yet?

    Great! That’s the whole point of doing this workshop program with us. Even if it’s just an idea that’s starting to sprout, sign on up and we’ll get you humming in no time. 

     

    This workshop is great for wanna-be side-hustlers, new side-hustlers or even someone who’s doing it for a year or two and needs to re-think their brand strategy and get back on track. There’s something for everyone.

    What if I can’t attend these workshop dates?

    Don’t worry, there will be more workshops! Join our waitlist and we’ll let you know the upcoming dates.

    Is there much work to do outside of the workshops?

    Well, that’s up to you! Do you want to get ahead with your business, or stay right where you are? ☺ We’ve put some super helpful tools and resources together for you to learn and grow, that’s why we’re called The Grow Co! But, don’t worry it’s not much. You can expect about 30-60 minutes of pre-work before workshops 1 & 2 and a couple of little suggested actions to do afterwards. After workshop 3, it’s totally up to you with how all-in you want to go.

    What platform do you use for online workshops?

    We use Zoom. To participate in an online workshop or class you need to click on a link in an email we will send to you. If you do not have the Zoom app it will automatically install (free) when you accept the invitation. You do not need to have a Zoom account.

    What do I need to bring to the workshops?

    Yourself, your workbook (we’ll email this to you. You can print it out or complete it electronically), a pen and anything you like to have around you to feel energised and comfortable. 

    Will the workshop be recorded for participants to watch again?

    The only occasion that a workshop may be recorded is for The Grow Co’s training and development purposes. 

     

    Unfortunately, we cannot provide recordings for participants. Due to the nature of the program being a group coaching style, we like to keep what people share during the workshops confidential.

     

    The only thing we might ‘record’ is a cheery pic of workshop participants. We often take photographs during our workshops to record and share our fabulous time together. If you do not consent to have your photograph taken and shared on our social media platforms and/or website, please let us know before the workshop begins or when we ask the group before we take photos during our workshops. 

    How many participants are there in a workshop?

    Workshops are kept small so everyone can get the most from their time with us and the group. The maximum number of students in our workshops will vary from 6 to 12.

    How do I make a booking and pay for workshops?

    All workshops are booked via the website. All payments are processed using a world-class secure third-party payments provider, Stripe. 

    Can I purchase a gift voucher for The Grow Co?

    Yes, sure! We would be more than happy to organise a voucher. Please contact us via theteam@thegrowco.biz and we’ll arrange it with you via email. We currently don’t have this option available to buy on our website.

    What is your workshop refund or cancellation policy?

    Bookings are final. Please double check the dates of the workshops before booking.

     

    Under Australian Consumer law, we do not offer any refund if you change your mind or find the same product or service elsewhere.  

     

    By booking, you agree that you are holding a place, so reservations for this event are non-refundable. Due to our small workshop sizes, we have a waitlist, so we require prepayment to secure your space.  

     

    A workshop requires a minimum number of attendants to go ahead. Your cancellation may mean the workshop is unable to go ahead therefore causing other participants to miss out and a facilitator’s time to be cancelled at the last minute.

     

    Non-attendance under any circumstances forfeits the fee paid and is non-transferable.

     

    If you notify us at least 14 days before the 1st workshop in the series commencing, we will gladly offer you a credit and transfer you to a future workshop series within 3 months. 

     

    You may offer your spot to a friend within 48 hours of the workshop commencing. We will transfer the booking into their name, but you must arrange any transfer of money between yourself and your friend. 

    What happens if The Grow Co cancels a workshop?

    If, for any reason, The Grow Co has to cancel a workshop, we will offer you a choice of a full refund or a transfer to the same workshop being held at another time.

    By purchasing and participating in the workshop series, you agree that you will not replicate, reproduce or distribute any element of a workshop in part or in full including photographs taken during the workshop.
